Job summary

BH Complete Solutions is looking for a proactive YouTube Channel Manager & Content Strategist to oversee publishing, thumbnails, and metadata across 3–4 YouTube channels. The role requires working directly in YouTube Studio with minimal supervision after onboarding.

You should have proven channel management experience, strong design skills (Canva/Photoshop), and the ability to craft engaging titles and hooks while adapting styles to client branding.

Qualifications

• Must have prior YouTube channel management experience from the backend.
• Proficient with Canva or Photoshop for asset creation.
• High autonomy with ownership of daily content workflow.
• Ability to translate video themes into visual hooks and titles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Channel Operations: Independently manage and publish daily content across 3–4 assigned YouTube channels.
• Thumbnail Ideation & Production: Analyze raw/daily video content, conceptualize original thumbnail ideas, and deliver 5+ high-performing thumbnails daily.
• Title & Metadata Strategy: Write high-CTR titles and ensure thumbnail text complements the video title and hook.
• Publishing & Workflow Management: Retrieve scheduled daily videos, design assets, upload content, format descriptions/tags, and schedule posts in YouTube Studio with minimal oversight after onboarding.
• Style Adaptation & Research: Research and implement diverse design styles and visual hooks to match content series and client branding guidelines.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly creative, and independent YouTube Channel Manager & Content Strategist to manage day-to-day publishing, thumbnail production, and metadata creation across 3 to 4 YouTube channels.

If you have direct experience working inside YouTube Studio, understand video packaging psychology, and can work efficiently without hand-holding, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Channel Operations: Independently manage and publish daily content across 3–4 assigned YouTube channels.
• Thumbnail Ideation & Production: Analyze raw/daily video content, conceptualize original thumbnail ideas from scratch, and deliver 5+ high-performing, finalized thumbnails daily.
• Title & Metadata Strategy: Write high-click-through-rate (CTR) titles and ensure text on the thumbnail perfectly complements the video title and hook.
• Publishing & Workflow Management: Retrieve scheduled daily videos, design assets, upload content, format descriptions/tags, and schedule posts directly inside YouTube Studio with zero oversight after onboarding.
• Style Adaptation & Research: Research and implement diverse design styles and visual hooks to match specific content series, audiences, and client branding guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Channel Management Experience: Must have prior experience managing YouTube channels directly from the backend (not just delivering design files as a freelance contractor).
• Advanced Design Proficiency: Extensive experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other professional image editing software. You require minimal training to create polished, high-converting visual assets.
• High Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to take total ownership of your workflow—finding the daily content, packaging it, and posting it without requiring daily direction or prompts.
• Video Context Analysis: Exceptional ability to quickly digest a video's core theme/discussion points and translate them into visual hooks and engaging titles.
• Strong English Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills (clarity and responsiveness matter most).
• Speed & Adaptability: Fast worker who learns quickly, absorbs training documentation, and adapts promptly to feedback during initial onboarding.

Bonus Qualifications

• Track record of creating high-CTR thumbnails and growing YouTube audiences in multi-channel or agency settings.
• Familiarity with the tone, themes, and aesthetic styles typical of Jewish-focused content and media.
