CDLEX seeks a full-time Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministries to collaborate with the Director of Faith Formation in Lexington, KY. The role develops, coordinates and administers faith formation programs for 5th grade through Young Adult (18-35).

Responsibilities include recruiting and training catechists, managing participation records, maintaining the budget, ensuring Safe Environment compliance, and supporting parish school activities, with occasional remote work as approved by the

• Bachelor’s degree required in theology or related field.
• Active Catholic member, adherent to church teachings.
• Experience recruiting and coordinating volunteers.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and deliver faith formation programs for 5th grade through Young Adult (18-35).
• Recruit, train, schedule, support and evaluate catechists and volunteers for youth/young adult events.
• Maintain the operative budget in collaboration with the Department of Faith Formation.
• Maintain registration and participation records and parental permissions.
• Ensure Safe Environment training compliance for volunteers in coordination with Hospitality Coordinator.
• Attend staff and other spiritual formation meetings.
