Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc invites applications for a Workforce Development Coordinator at Wyler Club. You will lead youth workforce programs, supervise program leaders, and collaborate with community partners to align activities with our Education, Exploration, and Engagement framework.

This role requires strong communication, experience with youth programs, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred for coordination of youth programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engagement with staff, youth, and partners.
Demonstrated ability to lead program staff and supervise volunteers.
Proven time management and project prioritization skills are required to manage multiple activities.
Experience in Boys & Girls Club, Youth Workforce Development, or similar organization is desirable.
CPR, First Aid and Child Abuse Prevention certification required.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Program Leaders and Assistant Program Leaders to deliver Workforce Development programs.
Ensure proper record-keeping and timely reporting for program activities.
Manage the participation stipend incentive and ensure reimbursement processes are followed.
Oversee program coordination and integration of Education, Exploration, Engagement among staff and partners.
Provide ongoing feedback and regular performance appraisals for staff and volunteers.
Act as Unit Director in the absence of the Site Director.
