Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati seeks a part-time Program Leader to plan and implement engaging programs for Club members. With responsibilities including individual guidance, creating weekly schedules, and maintaining program areas, this role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preference given to candidates holding a college degree. Candidates must possess strong communication and organizational skills, and ideally, have experience in youth development. An hourly rate of $16.00 and great benefits including paid PTO and holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in youth development required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement programs for Club members.
• Provide individual guidance and establish relationships.
• Create engaging programs reflecting member interests.
• Ensure programs are clean, orderly, and safe.
