Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc is seeking a part-time Youth Program Leader to support the Education and P.E. coordinators. Based in Cincinnati, you will help implement programs for Club members under the BGCGC mission, using the YPQI framework.

The role focuses on engaging members, leading activities, and maintaining a positive, safe environment after school hours. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and enjoy working with youth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Youth development experience is a plus.
• Part-time schedule 2pm–8pm.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Leader and coordinators in implementing club programs.
• Stimulate interest through events, tournaments, and recognition.
• Maintain attendance, meal counts, and other records.
• Provide guidance and build positive relationships with members.
• Keep program areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with staff to support continuous quality improvement.
