The ideal candidate will have a background in youth engagement and workshop facilitation, coupled with strong organizational skills. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience with youth development programs is essential. The position offers flexibility in work schedule and a pay rate of $22.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience planning and facilitating workshops.
• Experience working with youth development programs.
• Ability to travel within NYC using public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities funded through SYEP.
• Organize workshops on work readiness and financial literacy.
• Provide educational advice tailored to participants' needs.
