Responsibilities

• provides life, coping, health, and wellness skills teaching to youth ages 16-26 years of age with a mental health disorder.
• establishes rapport and interacts with family members.
• co-facilitates and/or monitors peer-led groups.
• provides collaborative documentation.
• acts as a liaison between agency and contracted services.
• assists with attending interagency meetings.
• participates in youth staffings.

Education

High School Diploma

GED and 3 years' experience in a social services related field

Bachelor's Degree in a social services related field

1 year at the lower level position equivalent
