Job summary

Paycom - ATS invites a Trauma Admin to Memphis, TN for weekends, part-time engagement providing case management to Violence Intervention Program participants. The role includes mentoring, advocacy, and facilitating access to social services during hospital stays and after discharge.

You will work with youth and young adults affected by gun violence, coordinating with hospital staff and community partners to prevent retaliation and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Combination of education and work experience will be considered.
• Completion of a Trauma Informed Care course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management support to participants in the Hospital Violence Intervention Program.
• Mentors, provides peer interventions, advocacy and connects clients with services.
• Performs in-hospital and follow-up visits and collaborates with community partners.
• Coordinates with hospital staff to ensure access to social services, education and job opportunities.
• Analyzes trends and coordinates activities to improve the program and prevent retaliation.
