Job summary

Rite of Passage Team seeks a Unit Manager for Western Secure Treatment Unit in Emlenton, PA. The role oversees daily operations, ensures timeliness of program elements, and coordinates educational and therapeutic activities for youth.

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least three years in juvenile treatment with supervisory experience are required. Background checks, drug screening, TB test, and a registry search are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment setting (Residential, Behavioral, Dentition, Corrections, etc.).
• One (1) year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the facility schedule and ensures timely completion of daily assignments as directed by the Director of Group Living.
• Oversees the PM Program and all activities to ensure student participation and safe, orderly operations.
