Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand is hiring a Youth Services Worker at Western Secure Treatment Unit in Emlenton, Pennsylvania. In this secure residential setting you will supervise youth around the clock and support their physical, personal and health needs through counseling and skill development.

You will collaborate with staff to implement each youth's treatment plan and record behaviors and activities. The role includes night shifts with a schedule of 3.5 days on and off, with a probationary pathway

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (no THC), physical, and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and around-the-clock in-person supervision of youth at a secure residential facility.
• Address the physical, personal and health needs of each youth through individual counseling and skill development.
• Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.
