Rite of Passage's Western Secure Treatment Unit in Emlenton, PA is seeking a dedicated Youth Services Worker to provide safety, supervision and compassionate care for youth in a secure residential setting.

You will deliver individual counseling, support skill development, monitor behaviors, and collaborate with education, recreation and clinical staff to meet each youth's treatment plan in a trauma-informed, gender-responsive environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 21 years old
• Able to pass criminal background check, drug screen, TB test, and child abuse registry search

Mansioni

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of youth in a secure residential facility
• Deliver for each youth physical, personal and health needs through counseling and skill development
• Monitor and document behaviors and activities; participate in educational, social, athletic and recreational activities
• Collaborate with other professional staff to meet goals of each youth's treatment plan
