Job summary

This role requires empathy, clear communication, and professionalism, with shifts including evenings or overnights and potential higher pay through a shift differential. You will supervise, facilitate programs, dispense medications, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Sixty or more earned credit hours from an accredited college or university with related coursework.
• Alternative: 2-4 years of relevant experience in youth services or related field.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide awareness supervision and monitor youth conduct and safety.
• Monitor activity and movements; perform counts; escort youth as needed.
• Maintain security and assist in restraints during emergencies.
• Supervise activities and inspect health and safety in facilities.
• Assist youth with personal issues and refer to group sessions.
• Implement group and individual treatment plans.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain youth records.
• Dispense medications and respond to medical emergencies.
