Job summary

Wedgwood Christian Services seeks a Youth Treatment Specialist Aide to support case management and medical teams in a residential setting. You will assist with daily care, counseling, and supervision of adolescents in long-term foster care, ensuring safety and connection.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, supervising youth, maintaining records, and supporting health and wellness. A valid driver’s license and 21+ age are required; comprehensive benefits listed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional education and/or certification in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to clients for medical appointments, legal appointments, hearings, and other social agencies.
• Assist in intake and discharge transport, including travel state-to-state for reunification with a sponsor.
• Assist the case management team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide supervision of youth and complete required activities.
• Maintain professional boundaries while supervising youth.
• Maintain trauma-informed environment and participate in Sanctuary Model of Care training.
