Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• 1-2 years' experience transporting children or youth preferred.
• Bicultural, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to clients from program as scheduled.
• Engage clients while transporting.
• Attend trainings and meetings as needed.
• Maintain mileage log and required documentation.
• Report vehicle problems to Property Management.
• Assist in weekly vehicle inspection and forms.
• Report difficulties with clients to supervisor.
• Observe traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Supervise client behavior in vehicle and report incidents.
• Engage in culturally competent, trauma-informed interactions.
• Uphold program expectations and promote safety.
• Maintain cleanliness within the vehicle.
