Join Boys Town as a Youth Transport & Visitation Specialist in Estherville, IA. Starting pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour with full-time hours and evening/weekend shifts. A $2,500 hiring bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

You’ll transport youth, supervise visits, and guide families to promote safe, positive interactions. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in youth care or human services, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and pass a Motor Vehicle Registration check.
• Ability to drive for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Ability to provide own transportation with mileage reimbursement for travel.
• Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and state/local laws.

• Guiding parents with constructive engagement and redirection.
• Documenting visits and reporting behaviors or safety concerns.
