Boys Town in Storm Lake, IA seeks a Youth Transport & Visitation Aide to safely transport youth to family visits and supervise visits for safety. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with mileage reimbursed. The role requires evenings and weekends and offers a starting pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour plus a $2,500 hiring bonus.

Full-time benefits included. High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year in youth care or human services are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Must provide own transportation; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting youth to and from family visits.
• Supervising visits to ensure safety.
• Guiding parents with constructive engagement and redirection.
• Documenting visits and reporting behaviors or safety concerns.
• Building trust with families to support positive outcomes.
