Job summary

Boys Town in Estherville, IA is seeking a Youth Transport & Visitation Specialist to safely transport youth to and from family visits and supervise sessions. You will guide parents, document visits, and build trust with families to support positive outcomes.

Starting pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour for full-time evening and weekend shifts, plus a $2,500 hiring bonus. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year in youth care, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a vehicle check, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and MV check.
• Able to drive extended periods and work evenings/weekends.
• Able to provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Meet auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting youth to and from family visits
• Supervising visits to ensure safe, appropriate interactions
• Guiding parents with constructive engagement and redirection
• Documenting visits and reporting behaviors or safety concerns
• Building trust with families to support positive outcomes
