Job summary

Manhattan Strategy Group in Nevada is seeking responsible individuals under 21 to join our Federal tobacco compliance checks as Underage Purchasers. You will accompany inspectors to retailers and attempt to purchase designated tobacco products, then transfer evidence to the inspector and assist with data entry for FDA reporting.

No car is needed for the Underage Purchaser role. Flexibility with schedule is offered and you gain real federal project experience.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check is required.
• Must have a valid state ID to verify age prior to inspections.
• IDs will not be shared with tobacco retailers.
• Complete a short online orientation session.
• Must be under 21 when performing any compliance check.
• No car is needed for the Underage Purchaser role.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned tobacco retailers and attempt to purchase designated tobacco products.
• Transfer tobacco evidence to the Inspector custody after retailer purchase.
• Support FDA reporting data entry with inspection data.
• Willingness to testify in enforcement hearings.
