Job summary

Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) collaborates with LPE Associates to conduct Federal Tobacco Compliance Checks in NEW MEXICO. This program requires an Inspector and an Underage Purchaser aged 16–20 to accompany the Inspector during compliance checks at local retailers to enforce age-restricted sales.

Ideal candidates are energetic, with reliable schedules and a strong work ethic, and ready to complete an online orientation.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid state ID to verify age before inspections.
• Must be under the age of 21 when performing any compliance check.
• Complete short online orientation session.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned tobacco retailers and attempt to purchase designated tobacco products.
• Transfer tobacco evidence to Inspector custody after retailer purchase has been made.
• Support Inspectors with data entry for FDA reporting requirements.
• Willingness to testify in enforcement hearings.
