Job summary

Keen Company is seeking a Program Director to lead Keen Teens, partnering with Co-Directors to define program goals, mentor teen participants, and oversee educational outcomes. The role includes coordinating workshops, auditions, and health protocols, while maintaining Keen’s artistic standards and values.

The Program Director will serve as main contact for teens and guardians, contribute to fundraising efforts, and help grow Keen Teens through collaboration with artists and schools in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience working with teens and educational programming.
• Familiarity with directing and/or producing theater is a plus.
• Ability to manage safety, contracts, and outreach in a youth program.

Responsibilities

• Lead Keen Teens program goals and staff, with Co-Directors.
• Organize trainings, auditions, and rehearsals for teen participants.
• Oversee safety protocols and health considerations for teens.
