Job summary

Ymca Of Greater Indianapolis in Fishers, IN is seeking an Activity Leader I to assist with implementing youth programming under the Program Director. You will help foster social, physical, spiritual and mental growth while upholding the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect; you’ll supervise staff and lead in the director’s absence.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, and current Heartsaver CPR and First Aid or ability to obtain within 60–90

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with teens with the ability to interact and communicate effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information on children, family and YMCA staff.
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid and related trainings within 60–90 days.

Responsibilities
