Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in visual arts, graphic design, technology, education, or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bilingual Spanish and English with cultural sensitivity.
• Experience coordinating youth workshops and programs.
• Interest in technology as a creative tool.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program development and design for tech-focused youth programs.
• Support Teen Tech Center operations in Saint Paul.
• Plan and deliver interactive workshops on graphic design, video editing, robotics, coding.
• Recruit and train volunteer mentors.
• Provide basic computer maintenance and admin support.
• Track participant records and report outcomes.
• Coordinate community outreach and partnerships.
