The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Assistant Swim Coach to support youth athletes ages 6-18. You will assist the Head Coach with training, skill progression, competition prep, and mentorship in a safe, structured environment.

Commitment is 19 hours per week with evenings and Sundays; HS diploma or GED is required and competitive swimming/coaching experience preferred. Join UT Austin to help develop skilled, confident student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Competitive swimming or swim coach experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Swim coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach age group swimmers (ages 6-18) on all four swimming strokes, starts, turns, and race strategy.
• Other duties as assigned.
