You will engage residents in daily activities, using behavioral observations to guide supportive actions and boundary setting.

The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, supporting individualized treatment goals, and participating in required training.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Background check required.

• Lead and supervise residents during daily activities, providing leadership, teaching, role modeling, and boundary setting.
• Support residents in pursuing individualized treatment goals.
• Be an active member of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Complete tasks such as headcounts, daily documentation, sharps counts, and safety checks.
