Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement Teaching Family Model (TFM) principles to build social, behavioral, and independent living skills.
Counsel youth on life skills, relationships, hygiene, and work habits within TFM guidelines.
Establish and maintain structure, rules, routines, chores, and supervise residents’ activities.
Monitor safety, address crises, and apply basic first aid and crisis intervention when needed.
Foster a Christ-centered home environment and support spiritual life programming and devotions.
Collaborate with treatment team and families on planning, progress reviews, and documentation.
Maintain a safe, nurturing home environment and report maintenance concerns.
Attend required meetings and complete reports, logs, and administrative duties on time.
