Easterseals NH is seeking a flexible Youth Support Specialist to join our team on a per diem basis in Stratham, NH. You will build supportive relationships, guide adolescents with disabilities or at-risk youth toward successful transitions into adulthood, and provide education, career coaching, and social wellness support.

Qualified applicants are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of work experience, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance and a reliable

Whether you are offering educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering their overall social health and wellness; you will help students grow and thrive within their communities.Qualifications:You must be at least 18 years or older to fill this position.A high school diploma or GED, as well as two years of work experience are also required.Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.Compensation: $20-$23 hourly, based upon experience and educationOpportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3 months, 6 months, and 8 months of employment—up to a total of $1.50—through our Career Ladder Program!Hours: Per diemWhat’s in it for you?
