Job summary

Easterseals NH in Nashua, NH is seeking a Youth Support Specialist to build supportive, empowering relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood. You will provide one-on-one guidance and help students grow across education, career coaching, and personal skills within our Youth Transitional Services program.

This part-time role offers 15 hours per week with pay of $20–$23 per hour, plus a Career Ladder increase at 3, 6, and 8 months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop supportive, nurturing relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood.
• Provide one-on-one guidance to position youth for success in life.
• Offer educational support, career coaching and personal skill development.
• Foster a compassionate environment for youth to grow within their communities.

Whether you are offering educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering their overall social health and wellness; you will help students grow and thrive within their communities.Qualifications:You must be at least 18 years or older to fill this position.A high school diploma or GED, as well as two years of work experience are also required.Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly, based upon experience and education.Opportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3 months, 6 months, and 8 months of employment—up to a total of $1.50—through our Career Ladder Program!Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week.What’s in it for you?
