Easterseals NH is seeking a Youth Support Specialist to help adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth transition into adulthood. You will provide one-on-one guidance, educational support, career coaching, and personal skill development to empower students within their communities.

Position offers full-time or part-time hours across Stratham and surrounding NH towns, with a competitive hourly wage and a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED with two years of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

• Build supportive, nurturing relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood.
• Provide one-on-one guidance including education support, career coaching and personal skills.

As a leader in our Youth Transitional Services program, you will provide impactful, one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success in life.Become a trusted role model, fostering a compassionate environment for our youth as they work to achieve their goals. Whether you are offering educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering their overall social health and wellness; you will help students grow and thrive within their communities.Qualifications:You must be at least 18 years or older to fill this position.A high school diploma or GED, as well as two years of work experience are also required.Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.Compensation: $20-$23 hourly, based upon experience and educationOpportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3 months, 6 months, and 8 months of employment—up to a total of $1.50—through our Career Ladder Program!Hours: Full time and Part time available; Monday-Friday 1st shiftLocations: Stratham, Dover, Kingston, Chester, Newmarket, and Exeter areasWhat’s in it for you?
