Fundamentals LLC in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the morning shift. You will work with youth to support behavioral and skill development, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field (preferred).
• Experience working with youth or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with youth to support behavioral and skill development.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies.
• Turn everyday moments into opportunities for growth and learning.
• Support youth in reducing challenging behaviors and building positive alternatives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Document progress and contribute to treatment planning.
