Crossroads Programs, Inc is seeking a Youth Support Shift Lead in New Jersey to supervise evening shifts for adolescents, ages 14–21, including autistic and other developmental needs. You will lead a team, coordinate daily operations, and deliver trauma-informed, strength-based youth support.
The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2–5 years of experience in out-of-home youth services. Schedule: full-time, daytime hours with a 12pm–8pm shift.
