Job summary

i9 Sports in the Hayward/San Leandro Area, CA is seeking a Site Manager for Saturdays to oversee game-day operations and deliver a superior i9 Sports Experience. You will supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches, manage venue operations, and ensure programs run on schedule with excellent customer service to parents and players.

Job Overview

Are you passionate about youth sports and making a positive impact in your community? We’re seeking a high-energy and motivated Site Manager who is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be organized and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer-service oriented company so those who have had experience wowing customers are perfect for the job.

This position is based in the Hayward / San Leandro Area, California with work primarily taking place on Saturdays.

Duties

• Field set up and breakdown for game day events
• Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
• Supervise the overall operation of a venue ensuring sports programs operate on schedule
• Demonstrate core company culture, including Sportsmanship values
• Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
• Act as the main point of contact on the field, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and superior customer service skills with parents, participants, and staff.

Position Type

Part-Time W-2 Employee (usually on Saturdays)
