i9 Sports - Akron / Cleveland, OH is seeking a high-energy Site Manager to oversee game-day operations at a venue and ensure an outstanding experience for families. You will lead field setup, staff supervision, and program scheduling while promoting sportsmanship and safety.

The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable managing volunteers with kids. Training opportunities are available, and schedule includes evenings and weekends during the season.

Job Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer-service oriented company so those who have had experience "Wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition.
