i9 Sports is seeking a Site Manager for Germantown, MD to oversee game-day operations at our youth sports venues. The role requires high energy, strong organization, and effective problem-solving, with experience working with kids and leading instructors. A reliable vehicle to transport equipment is essential.

Ideal candidates will be available for weekends and evenings, and eager to learn sports management while fostering community relationships and a fun, safe environment for players.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & organizational skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends or weekday evenings for the full duration of the season, 6 week increments.
• The candidate must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to transporting sports equipment to and from the venue.

Responsibilities

• Field set up and breakdown for game day events.
• Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches.
• Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule.
• Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
