Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in youth programming.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification and Safety training required within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of YMCA program-specific and Operational trainings within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and implement all sports and teens programs and activities.
• Assist in marketing and special events.
• Ensure day-to-day program operations meet quality and safety standards.
• Interview, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Support branch leadership in annual campaign.
