Job summary

Super Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes seek a dynamic leader to grow youth enrichment programs in North Texas. You will supervise coaches, build strong school and family relationships, and represent our programs at community events to create amazing experiences for children.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training coaches, supporting enrollment growth, and coordinating marketing and community partnerships across multiple locations. This role blends leadership with hands-on field work.

Qualifications

• This role requires leadership, coaching, and ability to manage multiple sites.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Experience working with schools/childcare organizations and community partners is preferred.

Responsibilities
