Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in North Texas is seeking an organized, energetic leader to grow two national youth enrichment programs. You will lead coaches, build relationships with schools and families, and represent our programs at community events to create amazing experiences for thousands of children.

This role combines leadership, coaching, operations, marketing, and community engagement. Growth opportunities include ownership paths within territories and expanding program locations as we continue

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a childcare organization or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service.
• Experience coordinating with schools/childcare organizations and driving to locations.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred; sales experience helpful; must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaches and build relationships with schools and families.
• Represent our programs at community events and local schools.
• Help launch new program locations and support enrollment growth.
• Recruit, train, and retain outstanding coaches across multiple sites.
• Ensure classes run smoothly across locations and maintain program standards.
