Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Youth Sports Official for the Denver area. This part-time role focuses on enforcing rules, fostering a positive culture, and acting as an on-field coach to support players, coaches, and spectators during game day.

The position emphasizes safety, sportsmanship, and customer service with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement within the program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings during the season.

• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
• Help set up and break down the fields/courts on Game-day.
