Mandatory CPR/First Aid certification required; bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise seasonal youth league programs; recruit players and coaches; train coaches; officiate games; schedule events.
Coordinate gym use, rentals, and safety protocols for all activities.
Recruit, screen and manage coaches/volunteers and ensure proper documentation.
Develop partnerships with schools and community organizations to support youth activities.
