i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Coordinator in New Albany, Ohio to enhance the youth league experience for players and coaches. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered.

You'll assist coaches, supervise game-day operations, and foster a fun, safe environment. The role involves hands-on practice support across age groups, weekend and some evenings, and opportunities for online training and advancement within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience is required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to build professional relationships and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices focusing on fundamentals and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
