The St. Paul Saints are seeking a Youth Sports and Community Partnerships Sales Executive to grow sales within local youth sports and community groups. This entry-level role partners with Community Partnerships & Fan Services to drive youth-focused initiatives during the season.

Responsibilities include prospecting, account management, and delivering gameday youth experiences such as League Nights and clinics, while meeting monthly and seasonal targets.

The Youth Sports and Community Partnerships Sales Executive is an entry level position on our sales team - with significant crossover with Community Partnerships & Fan Services - primarily focused on growing sales impact and nurturing connections within local youth sports and community organizations. This position will be tasked with prospecting, outreach, and managing accounts, including a sales target. During the Saints' season (March - September), the role shifts focus towards delivering unique gameday youth sports experiences (League Nights, Field of Dreams, BP Buddies) and youth sports community programs (Miracle League, Clinics/Camps).Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain consistent touchpoints to new prospects and returning clientsGenerate leads through personal prospectingManage relationships with community partners to help coordinate ticketing initiativesLead efforts on community ticket outreach, such as Veterans Night, Copa Hispanic and Latino culture celebrations, Larry Doby Passion for the Community Night, etc.Lead efforts with youth ticketing initiatives; Youth Sports, Mudonna’s Kids Club, Reading Program, etc.Service all clients from the time of the sale through the execution of the eventRun the gameday operations of all youth programs, specifically the execution of pregame youth sports experiencesHit personal sales targets, activity and revenue, against both monthly and yearly goalsAssist with Fan Services Desk and gameday staff interactionsSaints Baseball CampsBuilding offseason Batting Cage Rentals/ClinicsSpotlight GamesOther duties as assignedQualificationsStrong communication skills, with the ability and willingness to cold call and keep up with inbound communicationAbility to stay organized while managing a large client baseAvailability, determination and stamina to work nights, weekends, holidays, most Saints home games, and other community activitiesPreferredPrior sports internship or full-time experienceBachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in sales, service, or hospitalityExperience with TDC or FEVO ticketing platformExperience with KORE CRM software
