Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington is seeking Fall 2026 Youth Sports Management Interns to gain hands-on experience coaching and supporting marketing, operations, and community events across the DC/MD/VA area.

Requirements include passion for helping children, 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to Burtonsville, MD, and ability to work weekends. The internship runs Aug 17 to Dec 4, 2026, averaging 30+ hours weekly with a 50% on-field/50% office split.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior coaching experience not required; working with children preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, Engaging soccer sessions on field.
• Support marketing, operations and community events.
