Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington is offering a Fall 2026 Youth Sports Management Paid Internship. The role blends on-field coaching with behind-the-scenes work in marketing, operations and community events. Internship runs Aug 17 – Dec 4, 2026, with 30+ hours/week and weekend availability.

compensation ranges from $13.25 to $17.95 per hour, and provides college course credit, flexible hours, and leadership training. Office visits at Burtonsville and travel to coaching sites are required.

Qualifications

• Passion for positively impacting children's lives through the love of sports and fitness.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior soccer experience not required; experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching on the field with youth groups.
• Support office, marketing, and community event tasks as needed.
• Assist in program operations and events coordination.
