Job summary

i9 Sports in Iowa is hiring a Sport Official/Instructor to lead youth athletes and deliver expert instruction in their sport. The role focuses on fun, safety, and sportsmanship while driving a positive on-field culture.

You will lead practices, teach fundamentals, communicate game-day information to parents, and provide excellent customer service. Weekend and some evenings availability is required for the full season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full season (~7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to prayers and parents
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
