Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sport Instructor to lead youth athletes in a supportive, fun-focused environment. You will conduct practice sessions that emphasize fundamentals and skill development while modeling sportsmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities include communicating game-day information to families, delivering clear coaching, and maintaining a positive, engaging atmosphere across all activities. Weekend and some evenings work will be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with players, parents, and staff.
• Sport-specific coaching experience or strong knowledge in the sport.
• Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings for the full season.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Communicate game day information to players and parents with clarity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver strong customer service on the field.
