Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Sport Instructor to lead youth athletes in designated sports, delivering expert instruction and fostering a fun, positive culture on the field.

The role involves hands-on coaching, communicating game day information to players and parents, and modeling sportsmanship values while maintaining excellent customer service. The position requires weekend and some evening availability for the full season, about 7 weeks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
