Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in New Jersey seeks energetic Youth Coaches to teach children ages 2-12, helping them develop soccer skills and confidence in a fun, non-competitive environment.

You will deliver the provided curriculum, adapt drills for different ages, ensure safety, and communicate with parents and staff while staying active and inspiring young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energizing soccer classes for ages 2-12.

Become a Children's Soccer Coach and Inspire Kids!

At Super Soccer Stars, we are dedicated to making soccer fun and accessible to children of all ages. As a Soccer Coach, you will teach young children ages 2-12, helping them develop their soccer skills and confidence while fostering a love for the game.

With over 23+ years of experience, Super Soccer Stars has become the largest youth soccer program in the U.S. Our curriculum is designed to engage children and promote physical activity in a positive, non-competitive environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct energizing and fun soccer classes for children aged 2-12
• Use age-appropriate drills and games to teach soccer fundamentals
• Learn and deliver soccer curriculum provided by Soccer Stars
• Provide individual attention to each child, ensuring skill development and personal growth
• Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants
• Interact positively with children, parents, and staff to maintain open communication

Compensation:

Pay ranges $20-$30 per hour for Youth Coach, $30-$35 per hour for Lead Coach.

Requirements

• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare) preferred
• Must have a passion for sports and a desire to inspire young athletes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children
• Soccer experience not mandatory but preferred
• Flexible to work weekday mornings, afternoons and weekends
• Ability to travel to various class locations (up to 30 minutes away)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws
