Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking energetic soccer coaches to teach children aged 2-12 in a positive, non-competitive environment. You will guide kids through age-appropriate drills, deliver the official curriculum, and foster confidence and skill development.

Join a team that emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and communication with families. Flexible to work weekday mornings, afternoons and weekends, with opportunities to travel between class locations and ongoing training.

Become a Children's Soccer Coach and Inspire Kids!

At Super Soccer Stars, we are dedicated to making soccer fun and accessible to children of all ages. As a Soccer Coach, you will teach young children ages 2-12, helping them develop their soccer skills and confidence while fostering a love for the game.

With over 23+ years of experience, Super Soccer Stars has become the largest youth soccer program in the U.S. Our curriculum is designed to engage children and promote physical activity in a positive, non-competitive environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct energizing and fun soccer classes for children aged 2-12.
• Use age-appropriate drills and games to teach soccer fundamentals.
• Learn and deliver soccer curriculum provided by Soccer Stars.
• Provide individual attention to each child, ensuring skill development and personal growth.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
• Interact positively with children, parents, and staff to maintain open communication.

Compensation:

• Pay ranges $20-$30 per hour for Youth Coach, $30-$35 per hour for Lead Coach.
• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare) preferred.
• Must have a passion for sports and a desire to inspire young athletes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children.
• Soccer experience not mandatory but preferred.
• Flexible to work weekday mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Ability to travel to various class locations (up to 30 minutes away).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws.

• Admin work outside of just coaching also available.
