Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in New Jersey is seeking energetic coaches to lead engaging soccer classes for children aged 2-12. You will teach fundamentals through age-appropriate drills, guiding skill development and confidence in a positive environment.

Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are available, with paths for part-time and lead coaching roles across multiple locations in the area. Background checks are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (coaching/teaching/childcare) preferred.
• Strong communication and the ability to connect with children.
• Flexible to work weekday mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Become a Children's Soccer Coach and Inspire Kids!

At Super Soccer Stars, we are dedicated to making soccer fun and accessible to children of all ages. As a Soccer Coach, you will teach young children ages 2-12, helping them develop their soccer skills and confidence while fostering a love for the game.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct energizing and fun soccer classes for children aged 2-12
• Use age-appropriate drills and games to teach soccer fundamentals
• Learn and deliver soccer curriculum provided by Soccer Stars
• Provide individual attention to each child, ensuring skill development and personal growth
• Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants
• Interact positively with children, parents, and staff to maintain open communication

Compensation

Pay ranges $20-$30 per hour for Youth Coach, $30-$35 per hour for Lead Coach.

Requirements

• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare) preferred
• Must have a passion for sports and a desire to inspire young athletes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children
• Soccer experience not mandatory but preferred
• Flexible to work weekday mornings, afternoons and weekends
• Ability to travel to various class locations (up to 30 minutes away)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws
