Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in Spotswood, NJ seeks an energetic Soccer Coach to lead fun, educational sessions for children aged 5-12. You will ensure safety, follow our curriculum, and foster a positive learning environment while keeping parents informed as needed.

The role offers flexible schedules (2-10 classes per week) with pay from $25 to $35 per hour, and on-the-job training plus ongoing professional development to help you grow as a coach.

Qualifications

• Conduct soccer sessions that align with our curriculum and philosophy.
• Active, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong soccer/coaching background and experience playing or coaching.
• Provide individual and group instructions to children aged 5-12yrs.
• Foster a fun and positive learning environment for children.
• Manage a group of up to 15 children in a session.
• Communicate with parents and administrative staff as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during sessions.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and afternoons.

Job description

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *2-10 classes a week and can earn from $25per hr up to $35per hr.
