Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead children’s sessions and deliver a fun, educational experience while prioritizing safety. You’ll work with kids aged 5-12, coaching up to 15 per session and coordinating with parents and staff.

This role offers the opportunity to build early childhood development skills within a supportive team. Ideal candidates have prior coaching or teaching experience with children, enjoy sports, and are open to ongoing training and a non-competitive,

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 5-12 in a coaching or teaching setting.
• Strong soccer/coaching background and playing or coaching experience.
• Ability to manage a group of up to 15 children during sessions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and afternoons.

• Provide individual and group instruction to children aged 5-12.

Job description

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *2-10 classes a week and can earn from $25per hr up to $35per hr.

• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements
